At Floraïku Paris, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Each fragrance purchase includes a matching sample so you may experience the scent before opening the full-size bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused, sealed product in its original artistic bento box and secure it within the original shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
